Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at mimimarkt@outlook.de. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: mimi markt, Von-Galen-Straße 47, 36037 Fulda, Germany.

In the event of a cancellation not due to a defect in the goods or an error on our part, the buyer will bear the direct cost of the return shipment. This corresponds to the original shipping costs. For orders that were shipped free of shipping costs due to the value of the goods, the buyer will be responsible for the regular shipping costs (e.g., large/maxi letter or parcel) that would have been incurred for the return.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a prior request for a return will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, e.g. Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made items (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or vouchers.

Exchanges
Returning the purchased item is the fastest way to receive the new item you want. If the return is accepted, you can purchase the new item as a separate purchase.

European Union – 14-Day Cancellation Period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. If there are any issues, we will contact you promptly. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
